Appellate court confirms no recusal of judge for bias

The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria Friday dismissed the plaintiff’s appeal to a trial judge’s decision refusing to recuse himself on grounds of bias: Melbourne City Investments v UGL [2017] VSCA 128.
